home staging & design services
Three ways to work together. Each one shaped by the same precision, the same psychology, and the same standard of care.
Preparing a property for sale requires more than furniture placement. It requires an understanding of how buyers move through space, what they notice first, and what stays with them after they leave. Our home staging services in Westchester, Hudson Valley and Tri-State area are built around that psychology, creating environments that feel resolved, welcoming, and immediately memorable.

First impressions in commercial spaces carry the same psychological weight as residential ones. From model units to office environments, we design spaces that communicate credibility, calm, and quality from the moment someone steps inside.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is home staging different from interior design?
Home staging and interior design serve two different goals. Staging is about preparing a property for sale by creating a space that connects emotionally with buyers and helps the home sell faster and for more. Interior design is about creating a space that works for the people living in it long term, reflecting their taste, lifestyle, and how they want to feel at home. House of Ambiance offers both, which is unusual in this area and part of what makes the approach here different.
What areas do you serve?
We work throughout Hudson Valley, Westchester County, NYC, the Catskills, and Connecticut. Most of our projects are within these areas, though for larger engagements we are happy to discuss travel.
Do you own your furniture or rent from a warehouse?
We own our furniture inventory. That means every piece we use is part of our own collection—not rented or pulled from third-party warehouses. It gives us full control over quality, consistency, and how each space comes together, so nothing feels generic or interchangeable.
